Himalayan Odyssey (Standard Package)

MINIMUM ABILITY GROUP SIZE GROUPS PER HELICOPTER

STRONG / INTERMEDIATE

3~ 4 PERSONS

MAXIMUM 5

The Odyssey is an efficient way to heliski the Himalaya. A maximum of 15 skiers share a helicopter, broken into small groups of 3-4 skiers per guide. The main advantage is that you know what you are paying for upfront. With our Odyssey Package, you will enjoy the same legendary terrain and luxury accommodation as our private heli groups.

This is our most popular package and is suitable for seasoned heli-skiers, families and heliski first-timers alike. We offer six full days (weather permitting) and 30,500 vertical meters of skiing, with a minimum guarantee of 20,000 vertical meters.

Odyssey Highlights
  • The helicopter picks up and drops off in front of our base lodge, the Ambassador Resorts in Manali
  • Maximum of 15 skiers broken up into sub groups of 3 or 4 people to ensure a better heliski experience!
  • Explore our vast and spectacular heli-ski terrain… GRADUATE TO THE BIG MOUNTAINS
Vertical Meter Calculation

Vertical meters are based on the maximum skied by an individual skier in the package. If at the end of the week no skier has reached the 20,000m guaranteed minimum, refunds will be made based on the maximum level reached within the package. (US$119 refund per full 1,000 vertical meters)

Additional Vertical Meters

The day before an individual skier reaches the 30,500m maximum, the guide will ask if the skier would like to stop skiing or buy additional meters. If necessary, the groups will be reformed to accommodate those who have chosen to continue skiing. For every day on which the helicopter does additional vertical, there will be a minimum charge of 3,000 vertical meters per skier. (US$130 per 1,000 vertical meters, or portion thereof).
